Meridian Cooperative announces the promotion of Beth Walser, formerly Vice President of Product Support, to the new role of Chief Customer Service Champion, effective immediately. “Our desire to put our members/customers first in all we do drove our decision to create an executive role dedicated to working horizontally across divisions to elevate our customer experience,” shares Meridian Cooperative CEO RB Sloan. “Beth has dedicated her entire career to serving customers, building relationships, and delivering solutions. We are excited to watch her thrive in this new position.”
The Chief Customer Service Champion is an executive role dedicated to working horizontally across divisions to elevate our customer experience while ensuring that Member/Customer service is at the heart of everything each Meridian employee does regardless of their position in the organization.
In addition to the creation and fulfillment of this new role, Tiffanie Bowens, previously the Director of Product Support, has been promoted to Vice President of Product Support. “For more than 15 years, Tiffanie has been an essential contributor to our success. Starting as a Manager of Accounting Product Support Analysis, she has proven to be a trusted mentor, trainer, and problem-solver in our customer experience arena,” says Beth Walser. “As a Director of Product Support, she has built and nurtured strong employee and customer success networks. She is a passionate and talented leader, and we are thrilled to see her accept this new role.”
